A sixth generation resident of Waterloo Region, Paul Herlick is dedicated to his community and the people who live here.

Before becoming a real estate professional, Paul had a successful career in the hospitality industry where he managed a staff of over 200 and was involved in catering major events including the Honda Indy Toronto (formerly the Molson Indy), the Canadian Open in Oakville and the LPGA Tour in Waterloo.

Paul has many relatives in the real estate industry, including a sister and two brothers. Given his extensive experience with client service, and work with contracts and negotiations, they encouraged him to become a Realtor knowing his skills would be a natural fit.

Committed to giving back, Paul has volunteered with KW Oktoberfest for 25 years and with Community Support Connections (Meals on Wheels) for a decade. He enjoys the local arts scene and is an enthusiastic supporter of the local museums, festivals and theatre.

Paul has a diploma in Hospitality from Fanshawe College. He is a member of the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors as well as the Kitchener Waterloo Association of Realtors ad has worked with clients in the KW Region, London and Stratford.
