Since earning his real estate license more than 35 years ago, Peter Benninger has been a pioneering force in the industry. When he established his own real estate brokerage in 1985, Peter developed a management and training system that would ensure consistent delivery of professional client representation on the front lines. Peter Benninger Realty became affiliated with Coldwell Banker in 1992. The mid-1990s were a period of significant growth and in January of 1994, the company merged with Kitchener and Waterloo Canada Trust branches. In March of 1995, the company merged with P.E. Olsen Realty Ltd. This merger included a Commercial Division which became affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial® in 1998. In March 2002, the company consolidated its 4 branches, including its Commercial Division, and relocated to a beautiful state-of-the-art building on the border of Kitchener and Waterloo at 508 Riverbend Drive.
