About Me

Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Kim graduated from Dalhousie University in Halifax.

In the summer of 2004, Kim was excited to relocate to the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Over the next few years, she bought, sold and decorated numerous homes fueling her passion for luxury real estate. With a career spanning over 30 years in Management, Sales and Marketing, Kim’s transition to life as a Realtor came naturally.

Known for her reputation as a savvy negotiator who always keeps her clients’ best interests at the forefront, Kim’s professional and personable mannerisms will put everyone from the first-time home buyer to the most seasoned seller at ease. Diligent and precise in her work ethic, she has earned the respect of her clientele through candid advice; guiding them knowledgeably and with integrity through the entire sales process. Most important to Kim is providing her clients with an excellent customer service experience in order to earn their trust, referrals and repeat business.

Kim currently resides with her husband Mike in the quaint township of Wellesley and is proud to say she is a mother to 5 successful adult children! Kim enjoys her free time with her family and friends at their cottage on Lake Muskoka, boating, golfing and walking with her two yellow labs. Kim would love to work with you to “Bring You Home”.

Kim is amazing! It was a real pleasure to work with her! We were pleasantly surprised by the involvement that she had in our project. She basically helped us to oversee the renovations of our townhouse before the sale. We have a young child and aging parents, so we didn’t have enough time on our hands to deal with the renovations before listing our townhouse. So, we are super happy that we have found Kim and she was able to help us with everything! Also, she had all the contacts of the tradespeople who were needed for the project (painting, replacing countertops, cleaning, plumbing, fixing stuff, staging, etc…), so we didn't have to spend time on that. Furthermore, Kim helped us with things that are not related to selling our townhouse (for example she found a job for my father-in-law :)), so she always does more than you expect from a typical agent.
