A kind, but hardworking person by nature, Gayle has always taken pride in her work both personally and professionally. Gayle continuously works to improve her knowledge of the real estate industry in order to better serve and educate her clients. Licensed with the Kitchener Waterloo Association of REALTORS® (KWAR) board since 2006, Gayle has put her in-depth knowledge of the Waterloo Region along with the surrounding towns towards helping her clients find the right home and location, while marketing their current home properly.

Gayle, who has a calm and pleasant demeanor, enjoys all aspects of her role as a Realtor. She is certified as a Senior Sales Representative (SSR), an area within her business she really enjoys as she has always enjoyed working with seniors. She has also worked on assisting several individuals moving either out of/or into the country/province or area as a result of a change in employment or lifestyle. Through her experience, Gayle’s clients benefit from her guidance and strong negotiation skills, all of which help for a smooth transition in their real estate transaction.

At Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty, Gayle serves on the Sales Advisory Committee, a position she values as it assists both her and her fellow colleagues in their on-going professional development.

Gayle and her husband, Peter have two children, Jackson and Sally and reside in St. Clements where she has spent many years volunteering within their community. In her spare time, Gayle enjoys cooking, spending time with family, sailing, gardening and when time allows, puzzles.
