Charlotte holds an Honours Bachelor of Physical Education Degree from Brock University and has worked closely with clients in both the recreation and wellness industries, where high levels of trust are paramount. Her professional background also includes robust experience in sales, customer service and marketing.

A committed philanthropist, Charlotte never stops giving back to the community. She personally restocks local neighbourhood pantries and “little libraries”, makes monthly foodbank donations and organizes and participates in many other initiatives, including clothing drives and fundraising activities. She is actively involved with many charitable and professional associations and has volunteered her time with the Waterloo Region Association of Realtors on the Board of Directions and various committee assignments for more than a decade.
