The company was founded by Peter Benninger and has become one of the leading Real Estate brokerage offices in the Coldwell Banker International Network.
Our
History
Since Peter Benninger began his career in Real Estate more than 34 years ago, customer service has been and remains the cornerstone of his business philosophy. In 1985 Peter started his own Real Estate brokerage. He became affiliated with Coldwell Banker in 1992.
In January of 1994, the company merged with Kitchener and Waterloo Canada Trust branches. In March of 1995, the company merged with P.E. Olsen Realty Ltd. This merger included a Commercial Division which became affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial® in 1998. In March 2002, the company consolidated its 4 branches, including its Commercial Division, and relocated to 508 Riverbend Drive in Kitchener.
Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty has been named to the prestigious Coldwell Banker Chairman’s Circle from 1994 to 2000, 2004 – 2005, 2008, 2011 and 2012. The Coldwell Banker Chairman’s Circle is the most prestigious designation a Coldwell Banker company can achieve.
