My husband and I recently sold our home with the guidance of Realtor Wendy Tuckwood, and what a good experience we had! In our initial meeting Wendy came very well prepared with information not only on recent sales in our neighbourhood, but more importantly using her background in market appraisals she brought an analysis that very clearly helped us establish a market data based asking price. We have been in our home for many years, and Wendy very intuitively sensed the right pace and approach to make this entire process calm for us. She drew on her great sense of style to make suggestions and help us get the house ready to show well, and yet did not overwhelm us with tasks or big changes on a to-do list. With her guidance we spent a very manageable amount of time and energy preparing our home for sale. When there were offers to present, she gave us all of the information clearly and concisely, and allowed us as much time as we needed to make our decision. She has followed up with us regularly in the weeks leading up to the closing date, and is happy to guide us through this final part of the process.
