Tim Ingold joined Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty, Brokerage in 1995 as manager of the residential division located at 1770 King Street East in Kitchener prior to the development of the consumer centre.

In 2002, Tim Ingold became responsible for overseeing all aspects of The New Home Division; including builder representation, developer representation, and new homebuyer representation. Tim’s area of specialty is land sales, acquisitions, infill and re-urbanization sites for residential development. He has worked successfully with many of the Regions Developers and Home Builders particularly representing New Home Builders with onsite sales on all types of developments.

Tim is an active member and former President of the Waterloo Region Homebuilders Association and is a long time member of the associations Industry Luncheon Committee. In 2015 he received the Lyle S. Hallman award recognizes the “unsung hero”. He has completed the required courses and is recognized by the National Association of Homebuilders as a Certified New Home Specialist. Tim has been a licensed member of the Kitchener Waterloo Real Estate Board, the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association since 1985 and achieved Broker status in 1994.
