Lina’s background working in real estate law, where she clerked for many years, has provided her with valuable insight including in-depth knowledge of the components of a real estate transaction from beginning to end. In addition to her education in law, Lina has taken classes in interior design, allowing her to help clients prepare their home for sale by accentuating its best features. This also enables her to see a home’s potential, beyond the obvious, and she is never afraid to roll up her sleeves and look at properties that need a little TLC. Honest and hardworking, she takes pride in the happiness of her client’s successes and will give her all to deliver results.

Originally from Colombia, Lina relocated many times before immigrating to Canada in 2004, giving her a diverse perspective and allowing her to learn the importance of being heard with respect to needs, wants and goals. She is a proud supporter of the Canadian Cancer Society and the Kitchener Waterloo Humane Society and believes that investing in her community is the best way to give back to the country that welcomed her family and has become her home.
