I would like to Share my experience with Elisabeth King. I purchased a Condo recently in Kitchener that I wanted to rent out. I was doing this for the first time in my life and had no experience how to navigate the rental process. I heard from some of my colleagues Elisabeth is the most active realtor in Waterloo/Kitchener Area. I approached Elizabeth and She guided me in every step and successfully rented my Condo to a qualified tenant. I was looking for some decent, financially well settled family as a tenant. There were a couple of bachelors that submitted an offer who were the direct clients of Elizabeth. She has never pushed me to go with them and finally we had some offers from other agents with better potential tenants. I am very impressed with her honesty as she never brought up she will be losing 50% of her commission by not going with her clients. She was always looking out for my best interest. For every tenant, she has spent a lot of time to verify their credit/Jobs and even contacted previous landlords. This has given me lot of comfort that I am getting the right person as a tenant. Elisabeth is an amazing realtor to work with. She always returns calls quickly and listens to your needs and opinions and offers her expert advice. She is very easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly and explained when I did not understand the process. I will definitely recommend Elisabeth King to anyone looking for home purchase/sell or lease. During last 30 years I have changed 4 times my home and worked with several agents. I found Elisabeth was very responsive, honest and hard working as compared to other agents. Rahim - November 2021
