Elisabeth – S July 2021

I live in Montreal and was looking to buy a property in the Kitchener-Waterloo area..... during a pandemic.....when travel was difficult. Elisabeth and Erin worked with me (and my sister who lives in Ontario) to look at a number of houses (with me on face time) until we found just the right one. I was very pleased with their customer focus, feedback and assistance through the process. Once I had an offer accepted, they kept in touch with me to ensure that I had everything that I needed for a smooth closing. They even provided some valuable contacts in the new location (dentists, animal hospitals, utilities, etc.). I very much valued the service and support provided by both Elisabeth and Erin.
