Low supply and high demand means you're in competition with dozens of other potential tenants, so homes get rented within minutes of being posted. Elisabeth and Erin took the time to get to know us so we would be matched with the perfect home in a lovely neighbourhood. They made themselves available to accompany us to visits, respected COVID home visit rules, and offered a few tips to help us stand out from the crowd. With their guidance, we signed a lease within 5 days of first meeting them! They've followed up with emails to make sure the move was a smooth transition, plus they sent a list of things to do and places to go in the area. They even recommended local restaurants! Whether you're looking for a rental or you're in the market to buy, we cannot recommend Elisabeth and Erin strong enough. They are knowledgeable, hard working, and super helpful!
