We first met Elisabeth at an apartment viewing, and from the very beginning she stood out as sincere, hardworking, and someone who truly knows how to get things done. A few months later, when we seriously began our search, reaching out to her felt like an easy and natural choice. At the time, we didn’t even have a car, and Elisabeth went out of her way to drive us to multiple viewings in a single day without hesitation. She was always on top of communication, consistently following up with landlords’ realtors, especially when responses were delayed- and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. She listened carefully to our needs, advocated for us, and was even willing to negotiate with the landlords to bring the rent closer to our offer. Elisabeth went above and beyond to ensure that every detail in the lease was accurately represented and that we felt comfortable and informed at every step. She made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and reassuring, and we’re truly grateful for her support.
