Hi Elisabeth, As we are settling into our new home I wanted to sincerely appreciate your selflessness and efforts in making it a reality and effortless easy. You are definitely an expert in this field, I remember when I reached out to you about my intention to rent a home, you asked me to give the details of the area I would like, the size, my budget, proposed move-in date, etc. and with emphasis on “things that are important to me” and the ones “I’m willing to compromise” to guide the process. You also mentioned the documents needed for the application and added that I should have a letter of explanation to support my rental application. I must commend your thoroughness as this made the process quite easy. “You submitted only one application on my behalf and got approval under 48 hours.” This is very rare!!! You didn’t stop after the approval, you kept supporting me with the paperwork and always furnishing me with relevant information about the neighborhood. I’m truly grateful for your help and like I said I’m definitely going to refer my friends and I will be back again when I’m ready to buy a property.
