They say that moving is one of the most stressful things that one can do and I’ve learned the truth in this statement firsthand! I hadn’t rented a property in many years and had no idea how competitive the market had become. I’m so thankful that I used Elisabeth and Erin to help me in my search. I was moving from another province and really had no idea about the different neighbourhoods or what was a reasonable rent for what I needed. They took care of everything from setting up viewing appointments to managing the paperwork to negotiating repairs on the home itself. They even sent me helpful little tips on getting settled in my new home town! I honestly don’t know how I would have found a place to live so quickly had it not been for them. When I’m ready to buy I will use this team for sure. I highly recommend Elisabeth and Erin!!
