Peter Benninger has completed 40 successful years in his real estate sales career. In 1985, he founded Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty, which has grown to include a staff of over 100 people. In March 2002, Peter consolidated his four separate branches, including the firm’s commercial office, and relocated to 508 Riverbend Drive in Kitchener, a beautiful state-of-the-art building which houses the firm’s innovative Real Estate Consumer Centre. Peter is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Province of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association Commercial Council, Ontario Real Estate Association and the K-W Real Estate Board. Peter serves as manager of Coldwell Banker Commercial Peter Benninger Realty and remains active on select assignments. He has personally sold more than 1,000 properties, including many multi-million dollar properties and he is the lead contact as the Broker of Record for the City of Kitchener.
