About Me

James Boudreau joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in November 2014 and has been actively involved with commercial real estate and business operations for the past 18 years.

He has personally developed, operated, and sold a variety of unique business concepts and, through this experience, has been involved with all aspects of site selection and lease negotiations, providing him with a unique perspective on the commercial real estate industry.

James has a proven track record of using his skills to negotiate complex commercial real estate transactions to serve the best interests of his clients. Past clients range from local developers and tenants to pension funds and national/international investors.

James is a candidate for a prestigious investment designation held by less than 6% of commercial realtors worldwide and has completed all required courses with honours. He has had almost 4 years of experience working with the area’s largest land developer as Sales Manager/ Market Advisor and was responsible for residential and commercial land sales, as well as condominiums. He applied his skills and knowledge of residential and commercial land development to complete an in-depth analysis of land and condominium projects and provided the company with critical direction in terms of market conditions and strategic development.

James has a varied portfolio of experience and a natural ability to work through difficult mandates, always ensuring his clients get the best value possible. James’ strength is people. Although his analytical side always strives for knowledge, he is very conscientious of his clients’ needs and will stop at nothing to ensure the job gets done.
