About Me

Eric Frey has built his practice in the Commercial Brokerage Community with a focus on Investment Real Estate and Infill-Residential Development. Raised in a Waterloo Region “Real Estate family,” Eric was able to seamlessly progress in his career as a professional Realtor. He is an Honours graduate from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Real Estate and Housing, a specialized five-year program. Eric’s early role working in Real Estate Finance, as well as with the Real Estate Development Team for a large retail corporation, prepared Eric for his previous research role in the brokerage community. The execution of a broad spectrum of tasks accelerated his development of market knowledge, and allowed Eric to hone strong practice skills in Multi-Family Investment and Infill-Residential Development lands. As a Sales Representative, Eric leveraged this platform by teaming with senior mentors to expedite experience in transactional and client services. All of these aspects, combined with Eric’s personal catalysts of innovation and drive, have pushed Eric’s career to the next level. Eric is a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative in the province of Ontario, a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and is in pursuit of his designation with Toastmasters International.
