Born and raised in Timmins, Ontario, Don Beldock became involved in the mining industry from an early age. His career in the industry took him all over Canada, into the United States and as far South as Mexico, and taught him the importance of being able to work both independently and as a team in a demanding environment.

After spending two years with the Canadian Military in basic training specializing in Communications, Don relocated to Kitchener Waterloo to continue his studies at, and is proud to be an alumnus of, the University of Waterloo.

When the time for a career change was in order, Don considered his options carefully. After attending a Real Estate Career information seminar at Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty, Don felt that he had found his niche. A noted people person and having previously worked in challenging environments, Don was confident that he would be able to assess his clients’ specific needs and tailor the service he could provide to each of them. Additionally, already well experienced in home ownership and home renovations, Don is equipped with the knowledge to inform his clients well and point out important details that are easily missed.
