Kim S – Alex May 2 2022

Kim is amazing! It was a real pleasure to work with her! We were pleasantly surprised by the involvement that she had in our project. She basically helped us to oversee the renovations of our townhouse before the sale. We have a young child and aging parents, so we didn’t have enough time on our hands to deal with the renovations before listing our townhouse. So, we are super happy that we have found Kim and she was able to help us with everything! Also, she had all the contacts of the tradespeople who were needed for the project (painting, replacing countertops, cleaning, plumbing, fixing stuff, staging, etc…), so we didn't have to spend time on that. Furthermore, Kim helped us with things that are not related to selling our townhouse (for example she found a job for my father-in-law :)), so she always does more than you expect from a typical agent. We will definitely recommend Kim to all our friends and relatives who will need to buy or sell real estate in KW. Alex - May 2022
