As a first-time home buyer, I was looking for a house in GTA. At that time, living outside the area, I wasn’t very in the know of a turbulent real estate market, thus my primary objective was to find a self-motivated highly professional real estate agent who could help me to find a perfect house in a short period of time. I was very lucky to find Slava Keyman. He was extremely helpful and patient, always immediately responded back, was willing to go extra mile every time. Not only he tracked new listings as per my criteria and shared daily reports to make the search easier, but also navigated me through all legal and practical parts of the home buying process. Since I wasn’t in the area, Slava agreed to do house showings via video calls, did additional research on each house he showed (year of build, ownership type, documents status, equipment conditions, etc.). He also greatly helped me to build a bidding strategy. With his instrumental involvement I found the home I was looking for within very short time. Even after that Slava greatly helped in settling the purchase and in coordinating all other parties involved (mortgage broker, lawyer, seller’s agent) Everything went extremely smoothly and frictionless.
